Guillaume Cote, full time knife maker since 2009 and voting member of the Canadian knife makers Guild for the past 10 years, grinds all his blades freehand and does all his work in his shop including heat treatment.

Aaron Gough started making knives when he was 14 years old, but he was too young at that time to really give the attention that knife making deserved, so after a while it got put aside while he explored other passions.
